Booking a tour package with Bajo Pride is easy. You can contact us through email, WhatsApp or official phone numbers listed on our website and tell us about the vacation you and your family desire.

To clarify the process of booking a tour package with our service, please follow these steps.

Step 1

Participants of the trip are expected to contact us through email, WhatsApp or official phone numbers listed on our website, or fill in the message form provided on the Contact page, to check the availability of schedules.

Step 2

After consulting with our team about the type of trip package, trip schedule, and desired price, we will immediately send you an invoice for your trip. You are required to provide participant data, in the form of identity card photos (KTP for domestic travelers and passport for foreign tourists).

Step 3

After we receive the trip participant data, you can make a deposit of 50% of the total trip price as stated on the invoice we sent earlier. Please include proof of deposit transfer via email or WhatsApp.

Step 4

Full payment of the tour package can be made one day before the trip starts or when you have arrived in Labuan Bajo.
